Edoardo Rispoli, Managing Director / Hörmann Italia
In the light of your attendance in 2015, what elements convinced you to return to INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA 2018?
Edoardo Rispoli, Managing Director.
Definitely the authoritative nature of this exhibition specialised in a sector that for us is of primary importance. It should also be highlighted that our origins are in the construction sector. Therefore, the opportunity to present our company and show all our logistic sector solutions to the highly qualified visitors attending this exhibition, who perhaps know us only in relation to our garage doors, has propelled us considerably.
Can you give us some details about the solutions that you will present at the second edition of INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA in 2018?
Among our new solutions we must certainly refer to our isothermal shelter BBS for small transport vehicles and vans – furbished with polyurethane foam dock seals that create an optimal locking hold – our rapid sliding door V 4015 SEL ALU-R – characterised with a high hold thanks to a lip seal and a reduced frame slot – and, last but not least, the MWB wheel blocking system for heavy vehicles – a steadily increasing product, useful for avoiding potential accidents during goods transfer phases.
INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA is positioned in 2018 within The Innovation Alliance platform with PLAST, IPACK-IMA, MEAT-TECH, PRINT4ALL. What are the advantages of this for you?
The advantage will be the opportunity to meet and interconnect through a single event, with many sectors and various target types. For a company like ours that presents items within its product range that are extremely versatile and suitable for even the most diverse channels, the multifaceted spirit of this exhibition may represent a very interesting resource in terms of new lead generation.
In your opinion, what will logistics look like in the future? Looking at the market figures for the sector and future forecasts, what are your expectations?
