What elements convinced you to exhibit at INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA 2018?
Autec will be for the first time at Intralogistica Italia 2018. The decision to be part of this important showcase is due to the growing interest in Autec products not only from a lifting standpoint but also because of the greater importance of handling applications in logistics, in general.
Can you give us some details about the solutions that you will present at the second edition of INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA in 2018?
Autec, as a manufacturer of radio controls, offers solutions for logistics and lifting with both proportional and digital commands.
Solutions are thus provided through push-button transmitter units coupled with small CAN receiver units as well as compact marsupial transmitting units that can accommodate lever selectors, potentiometers and rotary switches that can be combined with specific functions.
Machine data and information can be displayed on color graphic displays of 1.8 ” for push-buttons and up to 4.3″ for joystick transmitting units. Other features in Autec products are the capability to be interfaced with the most common fieldbuses and the maximal configurability, even in complex solutions requiring multiple remote control systems.
In your opinion, what will intralogistics look like in the future? Looking at the market figures for the sector and future forecasts, what are your expectations?
We believe there will be greater interconnection of machines equipped with local sensors and intelligence. We should also expect to see increased use of autonomous systems and collaborative robots. Integrated handling solutions capable of managing real-time information on cloud-based platforms will reduce time, waste, and lessen the impact on the environment.
Since 1986, AUTEC has designed, manufactured and marketed wireless control systems with safety functions, verified by independent entities mainly for the mobile machine, construction, industrial lifting and automation sectors.
Radio controls are developed and produced in the same manufacturing plant in Italy and are designed with maximum reliability and robustness. The components used are subject to severe qualification tests, as the specific features of each product system are tested throughout the manufacturing process.
AUTEC works to provide the ideal tools for machine control through continuous technological evolution, ensuring the best working conditions possible while increasing productivity and safety
