A fully compiled, stamped and signed Application Form must be sent to the email address or the original copy must be sent by post to Hannover Fairs International GmbH, Via Paleocapa 1, 20121 Milano.
The form must be accompanied by:

  • The General Rules and Regulations, fully compiled, stamped and signed in the indicated spaces
  • Bank documentation proving the payment of the requested advance

If an exhibitor, in a role of agent/distributor, intends to register Represented Companies, the above documentation must also include the related form.


When sending the Application form, the exhibitor must pay the following:

  • The Stand Holder Registration fee of € 650 + VAT*
  • Exhibition fee deposit of € 80,00 + VAT* per each sq.m of floor area requested.
  • Registration fee of € 400,00 + VAT* for each Represented Company, if present.

When making the payment the Exhibitor must indicate the following purpose of payment: INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA 2022. The bank coordinates to be used for the payment are indicated on the Application Form.

FIERA MILANO will issue a standard invoice as confirmation of payment on behalf of Hannover Fairs International upon receipt of the requested sums.



* NEW VAT REGULATION (Non-Italian Exhibitors)

As of January 1st 2011, in compliance with the Legislative Decree n. 18/2010 in application of EU directive no. 8/2008, non-Italian exhibitors subject to taxation are no longer required to pay VAT on participation and service fees connected with the exhibition, with the sole exception
of non-commercial companies/authorities and private individuals. In order to identify this type of exhibitor (company liable for taxation/non-commercial company or private individual), prior to the issuing of the invoice it is essential that all exhibitors provide their V.A.T. number/ID code or other documents proving their status as company and not as private individuals.


Details for the calculation of the full rates for participation (fees, additional charges….) and the terms of payments are indicated in the Application Form and in articles 8 and 9 of the General Rules and Regulations.



Important notice for exhibitors
We have recently been informed of the fact that FAIRGUIDE – Construct Data Verlag (Austria), EXPO GUIDE (Mexico) and INTERNATIONAL FAIR DIRECTORY (Uruguay) send our exhibitor forms, claiming them to be free of charge, disguised as data confirmation request for subscribing to an internet guide (, and The form mentions INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA, but it is by no means connected to our exhibitions or to our company.
WARNING: it is a real contract, and by signing it you will commit to pay a sizeable amount for three years.
We point out that Hannover Fairs International GmbH has never authorized Construct Data or Expo Guide or International Fair Directory to use its trademarks and any other data, since we have no involvement in the activities carried out by these companies.
