In the light of your attendance in 2015, what elements convinced you to return to INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA 2018?

During the first edition of INTRALOGISITICA ITALIA, in 2015, and also thanks to its simultaneous occurrence with Ipack-Ima, we had the chance to present our most innovative solutions in TR-Roll elastic polyurethane. Italy was missing an exhibition that dealt with internal materials logistics, which represents the real focus of a company like ours. Thanks to Intralogistica this void has been filled.

Can you give is some details about the solutions you will be presenting during the second edition of INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA in 2018?

In 2018 our participation at INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA will be focused on the presentation of advanced solutions for the improvement of security and ergonomics in handling carts for uses in different environments, from the Industry 4.0 perspective.

INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA is positioned within The Innovation Alliance platform. What are the advantages of this for you?

We see important advantages in this synergy between five different representatives of excellence in tradeshows, which is sure to make the May 2018 exhibitions an interesting appointment in terms of varied types of visitors, allowing them to optimise time and costs. Furthermore, for a company like ours, that proposes solutions destined to a variety of areas, the opportunity to exhibit in a multi-sector context is particularly interesting.


In your opinion, what will intralogistics look like in the future? Looking at the market figures for the sector and future forecasts, what are your expectations?

The intralogistics sector has undergone important changes over the last decade. Thanks to the continually higher tendency towards a “Lean production” philosophy, in fact internal materials logistics has gradually moved from the handling of large quantities of goods using forklifts to small quantities using manual carts or to mixed manual-driven handling. We believe it will be possible to develop this trend further in the near future.

Tellure Rota | Production Line

Tellure Rôta has been designing and producing wheels and support structures for industrial, civil and domestic use since 1953. Today it has over 2,000 clients in more than 70 countries, thanks to the professionalism of its 170 employees, who work in a 15,000 sq.m manufacturing facility located in Formigine in the province of Modena, North Italy. Production is carried out internally by skilled workers using the latest technology and modern software.
The Tellure Rôta catalogue offers a vast range of products, designed to answer multiple handling needs in the industrial sector, in communities and in the furniture business.
In addition, the Tellure Rôta TR Lab (Test and Research laboratory) team, working with their clients, study personalised solutions in materials, sizes and constructive solutions to respond to specific needs in the best manner possible.
