In detail
The Smart Pallet Mover is a pallet management solution that automates the transport of pallets near to production machines perfectly fitted for picking and sequencing processes and which can be easily used in Industry 4.0 environments.
The SPM is designed for the transport, sorting and storage of boxes or pallets up to 1,000 kilograms. It represents a mobile and automated material flow system that can be used, for example, to replace, or in some cases as an aid to, forklifts or automated guided vehicles (AGVs).

The Smart Pallet Mover solution consists of various modules.
The core of the solution is a mobile unit (SM1000 Mover) that slides underneath the non-driven conveyor sections and moves the pallets lying on them.
A transfer car (SM2000) moving on a rail can transport pallets between parallel conveyor sections.
