HOW CAN YOU APPLY?
A fully compiled, stamped and signed Application Form must be sent to the email address info@intralogistica-italia.com or the original copy must be sent by post to:
Hannover Fairs International GmbH,
Via Paleocapa 1, 20121 Milano – Italy
The form must be accompained by:
- The General Rules and Regulations fully compiled, stamped and signed in the indicated spaces
- Banking documentation proving the payment of the requested advance
If an exhibitor, in a role of agent/distributor, intends to register Represented Companies, the above documentation must also include the related form.
DOWN-PAYMENT
 When sending the Application form, the exhibitor must pay the following:
- The Stand Holder Registration fee of € 850 + VAT*
- Down Payment of € 100,00 + VAT* per each sq.m of floor area requested.
- Registration fee of € 500,00 + VAT* for each Represented Company, if present.Â
