HOW CAN YOU APPLY?
A fully compiled, stamped and signed Application Form must be sent to the email address email@example.com or the original copy must be sent by post to:
Hannover Fairs International GmbH,
Via Paleocapa 1, 20121 Milano
The form must be accompanied by:
- The General Rules and Regulations, fully compiled, stamped and signed in the indicated spaces
- Bank documentation proving the payment of the requested advance
If an exhibitor, in a role of agent/distributor, intends to register Represented Companies, the above documentation must also include the related form.
When sending the Application form, the exhibitor must pay the following:
- The Stand Holder Registration fee of € 750 + VAT*
- Exhibition fee deposit of € 85,00 + VAT* per each sq.m of floor area requested.
- Registration fee of € 400,00 + VAT* for each Represented Company, if present.
When making the payment the Exhibitor must indicate the following purpose of payment: INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA 2025. The bank coordinates to be used for the payment are indicated on the Application Form. FIERA MILANO will issue a standard invoice as confirmation of payment on behalf of Hannover Fairs International upon receipt of the requested sums..
Details for the calculation of the full rates for participation (fees, additional charges….) and the terms of payments are indicated in the Application Form and in articles 8 and 9 of the General Rules and Regulations.
